    Alfred Terry II is a certified personal trainer and life coach with years of personal and academic experience. Patrice is a health & wellness enthusiast and personal trainer with years of experience in research, building teams, and helping others on a journey to living a healthier lifestyle. Living a healthy lifestyle is a decision and that decision brought us to where we are today. We decided to become personal trainers and coaches to help others that have made the decision to live a better, stronger and healthier life. Our training style is FUN and EFFECTIVE - we go to work and we get results! Our goal is to serve and help as many people as possible to reach their weight loss and fitness goals with our knowledge, expertise, and personal experience.

In early 2016 I had my annual physical and my cholesterol and BMI( body fat) numbers were both way too high. My doctor of almost 20 years gave me a notebook and a referendum: "Get it under control because heart attacks is a top killer in women and I don't want to lose my buddy" . I was under a tremendous amount of stress and emotional duress at the time so I was just alive; not living. That was my wakeup call. I contacted the Terry's because they are longtime friends of mine and I knew Alfred had been posting about getting fit, etc. I asked for their help. I brought Alfred my numbers from the doctor and he started training me 2 days a week. I fussed, cried and sometimes wanted to quit. But for 9 months with his coaching I pushed through until my numbers were in order. Now even when I miss days I remain aware of what Alfred taught me. I pay attention to the food I eat and my water intake. I can hear him in my head "what did you eat today? hydrate Tina". I am not the poster child but I am moving every week and I am slowing changing my lifestyle for the better. Thanks to Commit 2 Fit for helping me get back to living my best life! Love you guys!     No, this program is available to everyone no matter where you are located and on any device.

  • 2. Do I need weights or equipment?

    No, additional equipment needed only yoga mat for some exercises.

  • 3. Do I have to wait to start at the beginning of the month?

    No, you will gain access to the program as soon as you join.

  • What if I have a pre-existing injury?

    Always consult with your physician before starting an exercise or nutrition program.
