Patrice is a health & wellness enthusiast and personal trainer with years of experience in research, building teams, and helping others on a journey to living a healthier lifestyle. Living a healthy lifestyle is a decision and that decision brought us to where we are today. We decided to become personal trainers and coaches to help others that have made the decision to live a better, stronger and healthier life. Our training style is FUN and EFFECTIVE - we go to work and we get results! Our goal is to serve and help as many people as possible to reach their weight loss and fitness goals with our knowledge, expertise, and personal experience.
